Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel a mission booking with a minimum of 24hrs notice.

If a mission is cancelled without 24hrs notice, for reasons:

  1. beyond the control of either ASI or the client*, the client can either:
    1. book the mission for another date, at no additional cost
    2. receive a full refund of the deposit**
  2. within the control of ASI, the client can either:
    1. book the mission for another date at no additional cost
    2. receive a full refund of the deposit**
  3. within the control of the client***, the client can either
    1. book the mission for another date at full price in addition to the deposit already paid, in which case the original deposit will be carried over to the new booking and the new remaining balance will be due upon completion of the mission
    2. cancel the mission, in which case the deposit will not be refunded


ASI have the right to cancel any mission at their discretion. A cancelled mission should be justified by one of the 3 categories set out in this policy but ASI reserve the right to cancel without reason.


* force majeure.** if the client wishes to receive a deposit refund, ASI will make the refund within 30 days.*** including but not limited to deception, misinformation or any other breach of any agreements between ASI and the client.
